All orders must be prepaid by credit card (VISA, MasterCard), Paypal, money order, and cashier's check. Personal checks are also accepted; hold 2 week; item will not be shipped until the check is cleared. Payment must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank account and made payable to DRIFTSPEED. Credit cards will be charged when the order is completed. We send email confirmations of your online order to you. We may also need to contact you by email if we have any questions as we’re processing your order. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. shipment. All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. DRIFTSPEED is not responsible for any typographical errors or misprints on this site and reserves the right to cancel orders that have been placed with such errors.

Shipments within California will be charged an additional 8.75% sales tax. Any shipments outside of California will not be subject to sales tax.

We currently ship packages within the United States and its outerlying territories. International customers please contact us for special shipping instruction. Shipping insurance can be provided upon request. There is no tracking service available for deliveries via US Postal Service. We recommend that someone be available to accept the package. For security reasons, we will only ship to street addresses, not to PO Boxes. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order but your items may arrive in more than one box. You will only be charged one delivery price. Orders will be processed and shipped once we receive payment authorization and shipped within 3-5 business days if in stock. DRIFTSPEED does not guarantee a delivery date for items that are out of stock and/or backordered. DRIFTSPEED is not liable for shipping time or delays that occur after item is in transit. Buyer must notify us for any special shipping arrangements. All shipments that are refused or undeliverable are subjected to additional shipping costs and/or the restocking fee of 25%. All items purchased from DRIFTSPEED.COM web site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible or liable for items that you receive that is damaged by the shipping carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or the US Post Office. Upon delivery of the items please inspect the product boxes; if they are damaged refuse the delivery or report the damaged items to the shipping carrier and request the carrier to investigate and inspect the damaged items and send DRIFTSPEED a copy of the inspection report. It is imperative that you request the carrier to contact DRIFTSPEED at 562-342-9000. Do not install or use if items have physical damage when it's received. DRIFTSPEED shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damage, including loss of profit, when using, installing, or operating items purchased by customer.

All sales are final at DRIFTSPEED.COM web site. There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS. All orders in transit cannot be cancelled. In case a manufacturing defect is found or you have received an incorrect item, we will provide a replacement or exchange for incorrect items, but all manufacture defective items must be forwarded to original manufacturer for warranty return. (Returned items will be on an exchange only basis.) Requests for replacement or exchanges are only allowed within 15 days of delivery date. Return authorization is required from DRIFTSPEED for any returned items, and can be obtained by calling us at 562-342-9000. Please contact us prior to returning any items. Otherwise the return will be void. Each item must be returned in the original condition as it was sent. Include all original material sent with the item. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted. We will also pay for return shipping to DRIFTSPEED for items sent to you in error. If you believe you qualify and want DRIFTSPEED to pay for return shipping, you must contact us before attempting to return the item. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. We will not ship a replacement before receiving the returned item. Unless the error is on our behalf, special orders and customized orders cannot be returned. If your package arrives damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. For more information, see Damaged/Lost Items .
